ClipNotes keeps what it needs to run your account and nothing more. We store your email, your subscription status, and the links you send along with the summaries we create for you.
When you send a video link, we fetch that video's public transcript and use it to write your summary. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside the services that make ClipNotes work: our payment processor, our hosting, and the transcript and summary tools.
You can cancel anytime, which stops all future billing. If you want your account and stored summaries deleted, email us and we will take care of it.
